LAYING FOUNDATIONS: Guests look on as work goes ahead to lay the foundation stone for Blessed Gérard's Care Centre at Mandini in the diocese of Eshowe.

The centre which will provide care for AIDS sufferers is the work of the Brotherhood of Blessed Gérard. The new centre will adjoin St Anthony's Catholic Church on Anderson Road.
