There are many different reasons why people ask us to look after their sick relative in the Care Centre & Hospice. One reason is simply that many are absolutely overwhelmed because there is nobody at home who has the time or the knowledge to look after a sick person. When one is lucky enough to have a job, then it is extremely difficult for one to say, “I must stop working, because I have to care for my sick grandmother, my sick child or whoever it might be.” The second reason is that the people just have trust in us because they have frequently heard that the patients here are cared for with understanding and kindness.
